Fantasy Football Playoff Challenge

So you didn’t make the post season play. All is not lost! That is, if you’re in a money league. Here could be your last chance to recoup some of your seasons monetary lose. Perhaps your league created a coffer with funds generated by a $1.00 Transaction Fee; all trades and wavier wire/ Free Agent acquisitions will incur a one dollar transaction fee.

Start a lineup each week using any players from the list of NFL playoff teams.
- A player can only be started once for the 4 weeks by your team.
- Once a player is used, he cannot be started again by your team.
- A new lineup of starters is set before each round of NFL playoffs

My thoughts for Wild Card Weekend;

New Orleans at Seattle; If for some reason the Saints do not win this game, aside from Saints being 0-3 in road play off games, I will venture to say that Seattle got clicking on offense which further fueled an already fired up defense that I anticipate will come out strong and play well in the beginning, but in the end will succumb due to the offense’s inability to keep the ball away from the Saints. I do not expect to see either the Saints or Seahawks in the Super bowl.

Saints 31 – Seahawks 17

Consider; Reggie Bush, Lance Moore, Saints Defense.  Save Brees and Colston for next week in Atl.

Greenbay at Philadelphia; Aaron Rodgers has chance to win his first playoff game. The Packers were able to grab a victory in Philly, week 1. Eagle’s when qualified for the post-season usually do not make first round exits so on that premise. I like Vick in this game but feel this won’t be his best game. I expect a higher scoring game with points to be had from both sides.

Eagles 34 – Packers 31

Consider; Aaron Rodgers and Greg Jennings. Saving Eagles for next week and hope it does not back fire.

New York Jets at Indianapolis; I’d like a Jets Steelers/Baltimore match-up better but Peyton is Peyton and will be the only thing keeping me from seeing it.  Sure Ryan maybe a little off the wall but is he that much that he welcomes a shoot out in Indy, No, we’re expected to see a ton of L.T and Greene.  Colts 23 – Jets 17

Consider; Peyton, Wayne and Jacob Tamme, Adam Vinatieri – Shonn Greene. L.T. Would like Greene as my RB2 with a 1 PPR to WR and .5 to RB I’m inclined to roll Lance Moore as a WR3.

Baltimore at Kansas City; Chiefs have been playing some good ball and hosting a playoff game will play up even more. I will attribute K.C’s success for the most part to a quality coaching staff, all players in this league are talented or they wouldn’t be at this level, it’s how you’re brought together. On the flip side break ups can have an impact as well when the ex’s meet again, I wonder how Boldin and Haley are getting along; I like ‘Q’ to put on a clinic for his old coach. Ravens 27 – Chiefs 24 Consider; Ray Rice, Anquan Boldin.

I’ll Start;

Peyton Manning

Reggie Bush

Lance Moore

Greg Jennings

Anquan Boldin

Jacob Tamme

Adam Vinatiteri

Saints Defense
